100% Arabica coffee capsules. Coffee jointly developed by Etnia52. Cultivated in the Boca del Monte region, Veracruz. This coffee is composed of a single-varietal Colombia harvested at 960 masl within latitude 19º09´North, nestled in the central mountainous region of the state of Veracruz. During its development it has been paid only with bio-fertilizers to promote soil improvement and plant development. Collected by hand and carefully pulped under the "Honey Coffee" technique, dried in the sun in raised beds to favor the movement of sugars and their subsequent expression in a cup. Medium roast dedicated especially to Etnia52 in the latest generation Probat equipment to produce a bright espresso, with a body with a delicate body and fleeting touches of lime, vanilla and almond freshness, low and pleasant acidity in the aftertaste. 100% free of intermediaries.
