For Etnia 52, the safety and trust of consumers is the most important thing. That is why we offer you the following online purchase terms and conditions for Etnia 52 products that will guarantee you the best online shopping experience.

I. Guarantees of delivery and satisfaction

  • 1. Etnia 52 guarantees that the customer will receive their order in good condition within a period of 1 to 8 business days for areas covered by commercial courier services, the areas that at the discretion of Agro Unión SA de CV are excluded from this guarantee.  or the parcel company are considered difficult to access.

  • 2. In the event that the client does not receive the product within the guaranteed period, they will be entitled to a discount for future purchases that will be calculated and assigned at the discretion of Agro Unión SA de CV in favor of the client.

  • 3. In the event that the customer is not satisfied with the product, he will be entitled to a discount for future purchases that will be calculated and assigned at the discretion of Agro Unión SA de CV in favor of the customer.

  • 4. When there are current promotions for which the user is required to enter a promotion code in the shopping cart at the time of ordering, there will be no changes or refunds if the customer did not correctly enter the promotion code, invalidating any discount or promotion applicable to the client.

II. For exchanges or returns, the following is required:

  • 1. Contact our Call center 55 7026 6401 and provide the order number, as well as the name of the person who buys, the recipient (if different) and mention the total amount of the purchase.

  • 2. Send the product in its original and unopened presentation (in specific cases that will be evaluated at the discretion of Agro Unión SA de CV, the return of an open container will be allowed). The cost of shipping the product to Etnia 52 will be borne by the customer.

  • 3. The value of the product will be taken into account to issue a credit note in favor of the client, which can be redeemed exclusively through telephone orders to our Call center and with a bank deposit. Refunds cannot be made in cash or with credit or debit cards.

  • 4. If the client wishes to exchange his product for one of higher cost, this difference must be covered by bank deposit or in cash.

  • 5. If the client wishes to exchange his product for one of lower cost, the difference will be delivered as a credit note in his favor, which can be redeemed exclusively through telephone orders to our Call center and with a bank deposit or cash.

  • 6. No changes or refunds are applied for products purchased through any promotion.
